Prenatal

A light touch approach can help to heal past trauma.  Working with the body's natural energy and helping the body to heal the way it needs to. Please wear long sleeve and long yoga style attire.

Cranial sacral

exfoliation to the feet followed by a hydration mask

Foot scrub

Helping the body stretch and unwind stored tension. Client must wear stretchable loose fitting clothes and socks. Massage therapist will start with compressions to warm up the body then use yoga poses to help facilitate a deep stretch, while working within the clients abilities.

using peppermint oil to help relieve sinus pressure

15 min sinus relief

Exfoliating the skin to unveil the softer layer of skin, followed by a hydrating glaze to make the skin hydrated and soft, completed with a 50 min Swedish massage

To help aid in the movement of stagnant blood and lymph flow by using a positive pressure (vacuum or suction). It can help ease chronic pain and increase mobility in the area it is used. May also result in bruise like marks where cups are placed.

To aid in the movement of lymph and blood flow facial cupping can aid in reduction of wrinkles, helping with sinuses issues, TMJ, and overall relaxation.
Abdominal cupping can help with scar tissue, digestive issues, lymph flow
